Scène de la rencontre entre les deux héros du film "N'oublie jamais " (The Notebook) de Nick Cassevetes, 2004, souvent considérée comme un coup de foudre romantique. Si l'on regarde bien la séquence et que l'on écoute l'autrice et journaliste Chloé Thibaud, il s'agit d'abord d'une scène de harcèlement et de chantage, assez terrifiante.
L'héroïne cède par force (chantage au suicide) et, même après qu'elle ait en réaction ridiculisé son agresseur, il la menace : "tu me paieras ça".
